Vault Rare is a unique fintech product reimagining loans and disrupting the industry. It was developed as a showcase for what Vault, Thought Machine’s core banking technology can achieve. Editable loans concept was inspired by Nike’s successful customisable trainers initiative, Nike ID.
My responsibilities included refreshing the UI, building a distinctive brand identity, storyboarding for animation, designing a website landing page meant for B2B pitches, as well as preparing the product for press release and a presentation at the Singapore Fintech Festival.
Brand Identity
Through colour the brand communicates mystique and the power of imagination in tech, with a premium feeling experience.
The visual design language is sleek, simple and elegant while the logo houses the liquid ever changing cell inside of a solid geometric pyramid, which represents Vault itself, the core banking platform making future of fintech possible.
User Interface
Working collaboratively with Product Design and Engineering, we refreshed the visual design of the product to be more striking and engaging, sporting a more gender neutral, premium colour palette and typography that enhances the product. This gives it a touch of elegance that is reflective of the sophisticated technology behind it, without taking away from functionality or accessibility.
